When you get to the farm Val di Toro, along with the vineyards you see the trees. Are the oaks that were there before the vineyards, and before us, to make shade for cattle in the pastures. We left them in their place, all; interrupting the rows and conditioning where necessary profile of the vineyards. The trees do not improve the quality of our wine, or simplify our work; but they are there, to witness a history of respect, profound, to the land which we fell in love from the first time that we have set. A land, in which flows from that moment our time, our children grow up and that is the form and substance of our wines. This is Val di Toro.
