The wines CONTI SERTOLI SALIS combine the typical Valtellina to style, quality and prestige.These wines are the result of a rigorous selection of vineyards located in the best areas, with the identification of the most valuable according to climate and soil - and a careful selection of grapes respecting to the ancient concept of "sorting at the table" in which the individual clusters of grapes are separated and only the best for the production of high quality wines.

COLOUR

deep ruby red, frequently with intense garnet reflections.

 

BOUQUET

ethereal for its high alcohol content. A marked scent of morello cherry, prune, complex mixed spicy notes with undertones of anise and liquorice.

 

TASTE

very smooth, full- body, elegant, character and complexity; fruits and spicy notes are confirmed on the palate.

COLOUR

ruby red, with some carnet reflections. With ageing, reddish brown appear.

 

BOUQUET

full, persistent, characterized initially by floral notes, recalling violets. Some hints of spices and wild berries.

 

TASTE

pleasantly tannic, warm, harmonic. Good smoothness, with touches of liquorice and blackberry.

COLOUR

ruby red, taking on a hint of reddish brown with ageing.

 

BOUQUET

ethereal, variegated, with persistent notes recalling dried hazelnut and, less noticeably, withered rose.

 

TASTE

it starts with a light, pleasant and well harmonized tannic flavour. It is a refined, full-bodied wine, expressing a good variety of sensations: a mix of toasted

and candied spices.

a good initial smoothness on a pleasant tannic note. Full body, with touches of spices, evident nutmeg and almond.
